About Tomas

Photography entered my life in high school, initially as a quiet fascination rather than a defined ambition. What began as a way to capture moments among friends and everyday surroundings gradually revealed itself as a lasting passion. Even without fully realizing it at the time, photography became a constant—an instinct to observe, document, and preserve moments as they unfolded.

Over the years, my work has spanned a wide range of subjects and environments. I have photographed intimate pet portraits, weddings, private parties, large-scale events, and lifestyle moments shaped by human connection. Each experience sharpened my ability to adapt, anticipate emotion, and work fluidly in dynamic settings. Moving between these disciplines taught me that no matter the subject, the core of strong photography lies in timing, trust, and storytelling.

My approach is rooted in authenticity and atmosphere. I am drawn to honest moments—expressions, gestures, and details that often pass unnoticed but define a scene. Whether documenting a celebration or a quiet moment, I focus on composition, light, and mood to create imagery that feels both intentional and natural. Influenced by editorial and cinematic aesthetics, my work balances refinement with realism, allowing subjects to feel elevated without losing their truth.

While lifestyle and event photography remain central to my practice, photojournalism represents the next evolution of my work. I am deeply interested in documenting real stories as they happen—capturing culture, people, and environments with integrity and respect. The foundation built through years of photographing live, unscripted moments has naturally guided me toward this direction, where observation and narrative are essential.

Today, my work centers on high-end lifestyle and documentary-driven photography. I collaborate with individuals, brands, and creative teams who value imagery with depth, character, and intention. My goal is not simply to create beautiful images, but to preserve moments in time—images that feel honest, timeless, and emotionally resonant.
